This guy should have hundreds of replys from the angry mob. Way to put up a useless website. Much like they have done with Starcraft 2. The best thing they did is put a forum trending bar on the side. There still is no detailed instruction manual or online help for Starcraft 2. Asking a question results in "post in the suggestion forum" shit can answer. Blizzard may make good games but they still have not improved customer service despite over $150 million estimated income per month.
